Welcome, my darlings, and let's eat like we've never eaten before

Welcome to my horrifying, terrifying experiment in, gulp, food.

Here’s the scoop. We gotta eat. But we want it low-fat, low-calorie, fast, nutritious, easy, cheap. And tasty. Incredibly tasty. Because if it is not tasty, we’re going to the nearest corner store and getting something that is. And you can bet it won’t be good for us. Which is not good. Not good at all.

But I digress.

So, working on the assumption that you, too, are struggling to find meals that taste “Make that again, honey” good, that are jean-size-dropping low-calorie and low-fat, that are healthy, that can be whipped up in, say, less then 20 minutes with equipment you can pronounce and without ingredients you can’t, and that don’t cost an arm and a leg, then welcome.
