For those of you that want to lose weight, click here to see what 200 calories looks like. That puts portion size into perspective, doesn't it.

To help you manage your portion sizes (and calories), simply print out the linked page and “X” out anything you would rather not eat, such as the Fruit Loops and the Jack-in-the-Box hamburger. Then take your page, X-marks and all, to Kinkos and have them blow it up to the biggest size they can.

Then you hang your poster on your wall and check it whenever you are worried about portion size.
