100 calories or less snacks and all 100% healthy

When those 100 calorie snack packages came out, I was delighted. Delighted, that is, until I flipped over the package and read the ingredient list. It was a list that would make any almost vegetarian - anyone, in fact, who was aiming for a healthier life - blanch.

There has to be a better way to cut calories. One that is healthy. And not processed.

There is. And I've got it.

100 calorie or less snacks and all 100% healthy
To hell with all those incredibly processed 100 calorie packages. Instead, I've got tons, TONS of snacks that are 100 calories OR LESS. All totally good for you. And if you choose one of these snacks instead of a higher calorie snack, you will pretty painlessly cut calories every day. Sure, it is a little change. But it adds up. Every day. To a most welcome and healthy weight loss, indeed.
